Tobin Buchanan

Tobin joined First National Capital Markets in June 2013 as Vice President of Public Finance. Tobin obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, his Master's Degree in School Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his Specialist's Degree in School Superintendency from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Prior to joining First National Capital Markets, Tobin was an educator for sixteen years with six years as a school superintendent in Western Nebraska.

In addition to his education certifications, Tobin holds the Series 7, 52, and 63 securities licenses. Tobin's practice focuses on school election guidance and tax exempt debt issuances for public entities in out-state Nebraska.
